Hassocks are looking to appoint a Club Secretary to take the pressure off the Chairman who currently undertakes both roles. As both of Hassocks Ladies teams already have their own fixtures secretary the role of secretary will be one very much of club administration and they will work closely with the Chairman and Management Committee. The role would suit an older player either approaching playing retirement or having recently retired perhaps on injury grounds, a parent or relative of an existing player or indeed anyone with an interest in the game who wants to be involved with a consistent and progressive women's football club to help the club develop yet further.
With the increasing number of U18 players already in the club or having expressed an interest in joining the club Hassocks Ladies are considering creating the role of Club Welfare Officer specifically for the Ladies Teams rather than use the Community Club Officer. This would suit anyone with existing experience or the desire to gain this type of experience and applications are not confined to existing memebers of the club or relatives thereof. The Club will make a major contribution to the cost of mandatory courses for this role
Please contact the Chairman Mike Reynolds on 07940 464540 or by email via the contact link on the left concerning both these roles
